PARTY POTATOES
9 x 13 pan 350-degrees for 40-45 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese (two cups)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of Celery Soup (another mild flavor may be substituted)
- 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together. Put in a sprayed or buttered pan. Top with
Corn Flakes, and two tbsp. meltd butter. Bake uncovered until bubbly.
