PARTY POTATOES

9 x 13 pan 350-degrees for 40-45 minutes
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
  • 1/4 cup soft butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese (two cups)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of Celery Soup (another mild flavor may be substituted)
  • 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together. Put in a sprayed or buttered pan. Top with Corn Flakes, and two tbsp. meltd butter. Bake uncovered until bubbly. Delicious
