EASY BAKED CORN
...from your Pennsylvania friend.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can regular corn-drained
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • velvetta
DIRECTIONS
9x9 casserole dish Melt margarine in casserole dish, mix all ingredients in dish except the cheese. Bake 350* 1-hour. Remove from oven, place cheese on top and return to oven till melted.
