EASY BAKED CORN ...from your Pennsylvania friend.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can regular corn-drained
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 cup sour cream
- velvetta
DIRECTIONS
9x9 casserole dish Melt margarine in casserole dish, mix all ingredients
in dish except the cheese. Bake 350* 1-hour. Remove from oven, place
cheese on top and return to oven till melted.
